Managed partnerships with dozens of incumbent local carriers, utilities, and fiber contractors to accomplish successful network build-outs.In addition served as Fiber Optic Network Inside Plant and Outside Plant manager to survey, design, permit, develop splice plans, manage construction contracts and contractors/CoLocation Facilities and fiber cross connects, deploy, and maintain new and existing fiber optic network cabling segments throughout Pennsylvania. Experienced in every aspect of the business cycle from Pre-Sales Engineering, Sales, Contracting, Network Design, Budgeting, Pricing, Project Planning and Delivery, Purchasing, Inventory, Installation/Testing, Billing, Customer Support, Network Maintenance, and Circuit Terminations. All of the above accomplished through leading various teams of customers, telecomm vendor partners, and internal colleagues at all levels within all departments.
