Managed partnerships with dozens of incumbent local carriers, utilities, and fiber contractors to accomplish successful network build-outs.In addition served as Fiber Optic Network Inside Plant and Outside Plant manager to survey, design, permit, develop splice plans, manage construction contracts and contractors/CoLocation Facilities and fiber cross connects, deploy, and maintain new and existing fiber optic network cabling segments throughout Pennsylvania.
