Redevelopment of 5 acre vacant land parcel adjacent to the Hollywood Park Rams Stadium development into mixed-use retail, industrial, maker-space, hotel, and community space. Member of 5 person team consulting with over 80 industry professionals nationwide creating solutions for market analysis, debt and equity financing, entitlements, design, construction, and pro-forma financial analysis.

As an Assistant Vice President, I identified the goals and ensured the performance of a portfolio of significant public assets including the Times Square Development Project, Cornell NYC Tech on Roosevelt Island, and MetroTech Center in Brooklyn. This included repositioning the Bathgate Industrial Park in the Bronx, NY for complete redevelopment and private investment. I was also responsible for modeling sale options to determine disposition strategy for assets and allocating funds for the restoration and rehabilitation of several historic Broadway theaters.

As a Senior Project Manager I negotiated agreements, repositioned unproductive assets, and identified business opportunities for four portfolios of real estate assets. This included creating a flexible dynamic pricing model for cruise terminal assets, repositioning unprofitable maritime properties, and reactivating a 15+ year vacant industrial waterfront site.
