Battalion Standardization Instructor Pilot, which provides Aerial-Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) in support of United States Forces Korea (USFK) commanders and conducts multi-intelligence collection in support of the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements. Responsible for assisting the commander in developing and executing the units EO-5C and RC-12X aviation training programs. MC-12 Pilot in Command, Mission Commander, and Company Flight Operations Officer at US Army, which provides Aerial-Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) in support of forward deployed commanders and conducts multi-intelligence collection in support of the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest proficiency in all aviation mission requirements; manages the unit flying hour program;maintains oversight of all assigned flight records; orders, reviews, and consolidates administrative reports; coordinates with external units for aviation training and support. De-conflicts and synchronizes diverse schedules while coordinating directly with the Company Commander in the management of the Commander's Aircrew Training Program (ATP) continuously scheduling flights for 46 rated crew members.

Troop / Company Standardization Officer assists the commander in developing and executing the unit ATP. Responsible for the following providing quality control for the ATP via the commander’s standardization program. Serves as the primary technical and tactical expert for the Scout reconnaissance standardization program while providing expertise on unit individual, crew, and collective training to the commander. Responsible for the training, instruction, and evaluation of standardization instructor pilots, instructor pilots, unit trainers, pilots in command as appropriate, using role-reversal and fundamentals of instruction techniques.

Responsible for performing duties as Pilot-in-Command and Air Mission Commander of a Scout Weapons Team while conducting reconnaissance and security missions under all flight modes and conditions. Integrates joint assists and develops tactics, techniques, and procedures to accomplish desired CONUS/OCONUS mission requirements.

Joined the US Army at 18 years old under the “High School to Flight School” Warrant Officer Flight Training (WOFT) program. Attended Basic Training in Ft. Benning, GA followed by Warrant Officer Candidate School (WOCS) at Ft. Rucker, AL. Attended Flight School XXI at Ft Rucker, AL. TH-67, OH-58 A/C, OH-58D(R) Kiowa Warrior.
