Responsible for management of all aspects of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) as stated in DD 254's. Provide oversight of facilities contruction or modification to ensure certifiaction of the SCIF's are in full compliance with applicable ISCs and JAFAN directives. Coordinates with on-site government security and customer personnel, company officials and other customers regarding unique security issues and requirements, access authorizations, familiar with COMSEC operating instruction manuals and regulations, keying material, destruction, retention, and protection. Create, maintain and leverage a working relationship with internal and external customers, peers and senior management.Develop COMSEC plans, maintain strict accountability records to include semi-annual inventories, and transfer/receipt records. Transmit and receive classified mail. data transmissions, and facsimiles. Conduct COMSEC briefings, self-audits, and inventories. Provide and maintain daily safeguarding of the COMSEC information. Ensure physical, administrative and personnel requirements are in compliance with the NSA Industrial COMSEC Manual and other regulatory requirements.
