I have been working in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. I started my career in 2000 as a Construction Site Intern, where I was able to work on a wide range of Tecnisa’s construction sites. In 2004 I was promoted to a Manager role and went through a job rotation experience on Tecnisa’s main departments. In 2006 I took over as Business Development Director and in subsequently as Statutory Business Development Director. I took an active role during Tecnisa's IPO and in the acquisition of one of the biggest construction sites of São Paulo, which led to the creation of one of the city's most modern and planned quarters, today known as Jardim das Perdizes, the most important project in Tecnisa's history since its 43 years of foundation. In 2012 I took over as Vice President, a position that I held until 2017, when I was promoted to CEO of Tecnisa. I was in charge of a wide organizational restructuring, which aimed to promote a strong transformation in Tecnisa's structure, people, strategy and financial operations. In 2019 I led a follow-on operation responsible for obtaining R$ 450 million in funds, an amount that was destined to reestablish the company's growth and reduce its level of indebtedness. I obtained relevant recognition and awards on several fronts: In 2017 and 2018 we won the ‘Valor Inovação’ Award, carried out by Strategy & and in 2018 we were first in the Capacities category of the McKinsey & Company Digital Maturity Award and the newspaper ‘Valor Econômico’, and recently in 2020 we won the ‘Consumidor Moderno’ Award for best customer relationship practices in the real estate segment, a highly desired award in the industry. Tecnisa had won this award for 10 years and, after 7 years, won it again.In 2018 I was invited to join YPO (Young President Organization), a global organization that brings together C-level executives under 40 years old.
