About Joseph Lowe

This drive came as a result of being named the project manager tasked with the redesign of healthcare delivery within a regional healthcare organization. My background is in healthcare leadership and, as we know, leadership principles are transferable, not confined to a specific industry. Customer service, strategic planning, stewardship, and sound fiscal management are disciplines and skills learned while in capital sales, post-acute healthcare sales, as well as management. My desire to coach and educate teams on the power of communication and culture came as a result of gaining experience in healthcare which transferred into the field of education. Answering a community need, I transitioned to education serving as the principal of a faith-based school. In that time we successfully helped the school keep its doors open and then implemented a strategic plan that better positioned them for quality and growth. Currently, I am utilizing the leadership, sales and education skills acquired from previous experience as the director of recruitment within a faith-based organization. Responsible for creating networks of communities comprised of community and business leaders, religious leaders, alumni associations and other stakeholders around the country and parts of the world so as to grow a global culture that supports the mission and vision of the organization. My overarching desire is to utilize my experience, skills, and influence to make the deepest impact possible, reaching as many people as possible. Leadership, organizational growth and development, culture optimization, and team development are all components of what I would consider being a dream job.
