E-Commerce Team Leader
CurrentResponsible for launching the new E-Commerce team during the transition from Amazon to Whole Foods in July 2022. Front-line leader for a team of 50, customers and regional/global business partners. Includes hiring, onboarding, training, and separation of all team members.Satisfy and delight customers by monitoring work flow and assigning team members when and where needed. Cross train for any store level needs, including facilities maintenance, customer issues and confidential matters to be available when there is a gap in Store Leadership . Partner with Store Leadership to drive operational improvement in KPIs and compliance with standard operating procedures.Foster and encourage a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale to support cross-functional team needs.Onboard all new Team Members, assisting with completion of Workday tasks, I-9 forms, and training in standard work procedures.Drive the execution of product labor and demand metrics.Conduct huddles and team meetings to communicate program and store level changes and updates to the shopper team. Oversee the creation of the In-Store Shopper Team schedule weekly to meet metrics for labor budget and shopping capacity.-Provide timely, thoughtful, and thorough performance evaluations, in the moment and during yearly reviews.
