 Held ATLs, Supervisors, Buyers, and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service. Created enticing seasonal displays to drive sales for the department. Winner and creator of video entry for region wide merchandising competition (MA Cup). Write schedules using the Kronos app for appropriate coverage to meet customer demand. Train all new team members in multiple roles on the team, including retail customer service, mixing/baking,cake decorating, and coffee bar management. Ensure all Team Members are delivering excellent customer service through the phone while taking customorders. Maintain exceptional level of knowledge and awareness of relative competitors and industry trends. Maintain proper product assortment, merchandising and inventory control based upon regional and globalguidelines. Achieve labor and staffing goals through hiring and separation decisions.
