Facilities Coordinator
CurrentResponsible for over 200,000 square feet of corporate office space across four floors, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance.Provide high-level administrative support to the C-Suite personnel, managing departmental correspondence and optimizing organizational systems for efficiency.Develop and oversee project and operational task lists, ensuring timely completion of deadlines and successful achievement of objectives, while effectively coordinating with vendors and stakeholders. Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure that facilities are in compliance with applicable building, health, safety, and fire codes and regulations.Oversee daily operations of the mailroom, ensuring efficient processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages across all floors.Supervise the custodial team and porters to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the office space including kitchens and restrooms, ensuring a tidy and well-stocked environment. Monitor inventory levels of stationary supplies and building equipment, facilitating timely reordering and minimizing disruptions to operations.Set up and breakdown large conference rooms for various events, including meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring optimal layout and functionality.
