As Campaign Manager, I led a team of member political organizers to integrate our union's political advocacy with worksite campaigns. Additionally, I served as the Director of Independent Expenditures for all endorsed candidates at the local, state, and federal levels. I also represented the Local 205 alongside other partners in the labor and faith communities to establish a new civic engagement table in Tennessee known as Tennessee for All.Highlights include helping secure historic pay raises for Metro Nashville support staff employees, implementing a new step plan, and securing cost-of-living adjustments for Metro Nashville and City of Chattanooga employees. We won seven out of the thirteen endorsed candidates and initiatives at the state and federal levels, as well as four out of five endorsed candidates at the local level.
