Regional Field Manager Worked independently and remotely, on a short notice basis, to secure and fulfill security, networking, and P.O.S service contracts. Secured and serviced contracts for a variety of businesses including Walmart, Dollar General, NCR and Darden Restaurant Group. Planned and oversaw region wide rollouts of new location installations and existing location upgrades. Worked with various suppliers to evaluate, select, and secure new equipment for installs and upgrades.

Regional Field Service Manager Responsible for service and maintenance of all computer, network, CCTV, POS, security, office and pharmacy equipment for approx. 80 locations over 4 states. Worked remotely and independently to schedule and prioritize incoming service calls and upgrades, delegating to a 15+ man team, also working on a 24/7 on-call basis. Maintained service records and inventories of spare parts and equipment, planned and oversaw new system rollouts and install with full pre and post install quality audits. Worked with various suppliers to evaluate, select, and secure new equipment for installs and upgrades.

Recording Engineer  Responsible for all repair, calibration, testing and maintenance of recording studio equipment using DMM, oscilloscope, function generators and other test equipment. Worked directly with customers to schedule recording sessions and achieve a finished product to the customers satisfaction.

Electro-mechanical Engineer Responsible for all aspects of assembly and testing of liquid Cooled VFDs, as well as performing repairs, testing and calibration of units on-site as a field service engineer Preformed quality assurance tests and procedures on completed VFDs. Worked directly with customers and product engineers to further development and production of VFDs

 •Responsible for all technical aspects of a live concert for local and national touring acts including sound, video, and lighting.  Performed in house sound system and telecom upgrades, installed and maintained low and high voltage wiring and CAT5 based network.
