I am responsible for building and maintaining reporting and analytics for our real estate bank line of business. As part of our migration journey from legacy databases to a hadoop environment, I have remodeled the existing database structure into a snowflake schema. The new structure more efficiently drives dashboards and ad hoc reports, decreasing development time, processing resources, and load time.
