He is honest and genuine and in a world where that lacks so much now, especially in sales, he maintains a certain standard but without losing sight or compromising on goals needing to be met. Growing up within the industry has made him the key "go to" when it comes to innovation within the company ranging from product feedback to whether or not to implement new systems or tactics. Joe's proficiency in Office & systems based technology has come to the rescue on numerous occasions as he has quite the aptitude for Excel, CRM and many other companywide integrated programs and because of this, there has been a lot of time and money saved where it really counts.
