Took a work break but never had an opportunity to relax. Indeed this duration I was busy that ever.The main focus during this time frame:- Supporting my wife for the delivery.- Hectic and frequent hospital runs in the first 4 weeks after delivery.- Preparing my son for his 11+ exams.With God's grace our third child, James was born on 8th September and my elder son got good marks in the 11+ exams.

Handling and coordinating Releases for C++ libraries and refdatas and release process optimizations.Managing and maintaining CI buildsBuild and test system optimizations and standardization.

I was working as part of Devops Team with prime focus on Infrastructure Automation. Apart from Infrastructure automation, software development tool chain administration and management and build process improvements were major focus for my role in Thales. Working with different flavours of operating systems, build tools, containers based build system and infra/config as code were some newer skills I acquired as part of this role.

The team was responsible for the build platform and tool development for the powertrain division of Siemens VDO (now Conti). Major technical accompolishments were the software build performance improvements and tool consultancy including different compilers used in the automotive industry.
