I am in charge of Recerc Reservoir Condition Corefloods using gamma ISSM. I also do project management of formation damage coreflood projects, plus assist in Electrical Properties measurement.

• Responsible for projects which consists of experiments at reservoir conditions (@high pressure and temperature), mimicking the conditions of actual reservoir in the laboratory. Experiments include water injection, oil drainage, and enhanced oil recovery tests. • Reservoir conditions projects run for months, so was methodological and diligent. Have worked with lab projects in which even tiny mistakes can ruin the test. Performing jobs which require high amount concentration and care. • Preparing detail quotation for service orders, as per client needs and preparation of project management tool which include workflow, subtasks, and timeframe of entire project.• Project planning and organization of experiments to finish within time frame promised to client.• Preparation of monthly status reports and upkeeping regular client communication.• Collecting qualitative data by researching papers from relevant peer-reviewed journals and proceedings for backing up as reference for project results. • Raw data data QC, data analysis (via excel), synthesizing final results, interpretation of results, and final report writing with attention to detail. • Last two years (2018,2019), headed the responsibility of reservoir condition lab • Presenting the lab capabilities in front of clients during client appraisals or visits. This also include giving tour of my division (reservoir conditions lab) and subsequent Q&A with clients. • Evaluating supplier quotations for purchase of lab infrastructure. • Communication with sub-contractors and suppliers for installation and maintenance of lab infrastructure. • Mentoring of junior lab personals and other technicians. Coaching also provided to client interns as per request.

1. Communicating with client along with my supervisor and head of section to discuss the scope, timeline and flowchart for the project.2. Client meetings, email communications, regular project status reports and final report generation.3. Project management (using PM tool) by coordinating with the various personals/third-party’s/different departments to ensure the smooth completion of project.4. Solving out the various unexpected bottlenecks, deviations arising in the project work, under the guidance of senior personals.5. Do the required experiments and laboratory works according to the standard procedures. This includes both the technical work and also the theoretical know how including data entry and interpretation.The main projects include• Water and oil analysis for viscosity, density and resistivity at ambient and reservoir conditions.• Cleaning and saturation of the samples with the required fluids, including wettability restoration.• Measurement of electrical properties such as formation resistivity factor (FRF), Resistivity Index (RI) and Archie's co-efficients such as saturation (n) and cementation exponent (m), Measurements done at the required temperature and Net Overburden Pressure steps.• Measurement of steady state absolute permeability at ambient and reservoir conditions.• Measurement of capillary pressure by porous plate method and mercury injection method (MICP).• Performing drainage and imbibition cycles/flooding. • Compiling the pore throat size distribution (PSD), porosity and permeability using mercury injections.• Rock type classifications using m, n, Pc curves and PSD.• Developing saturation profile with respect to height.6. Giving paramount importance to data quality.
