Issue overall operations reports to the Director of Operations and the Divisional Managerial group. • Analyzed and presented plans on expansions of all the production facilities due to growth in the Hydrocolloids market, enabling the balance of global production. • Responsible for coordinating Division internal and external materials flow to meet marketing needs. This includes plans for raw material supply, flow of intermediate products between 11 global production/blend sites, shipment and production plants, and shipments to customers. • Responsible for adequate utilization of available information on Marketing needs, prognosis, and orders for finished products per plant/blending site in production planning and in schedule of intermediate product transfer between global sites. • Responsible for analyzing supply performance and customer complaints related to supply precision and logistics. This includes analysis of order handling and lead-time with responsibility to suggest improvements and discuss identified problems with logistics department at relevant production sites.
