In under three years, I have raised several million dollars, consistently exceeded bonus fundraising and metrics goals year-over-year by quickly moving donors from assessment to solicitation. I have closed multiple six-figure gifts, including planned gifts and blended gifts. I have identified and engaged alumni who are in key positions to make a difference who had previously not been involved with the University and have also rekindled relationships that had weakened over time. I work with the Dean, chairs and faculty to develop fundraising strategy for academic departments. Specifically, I worked with the Department of Accountancy to build and launch two seven-figure campaigns aimed at engaging both alumni and corporate partners. I also designed and delivered innovation training programs to a variety of audiences. Finally, I managed the Summer Conference Program. In this area, I grew revenues more than 100% to over $1.2MM in just three years. I did this by establishing partnerships with companies such as P&G, GE Aviation and dunnhumby. Additionally, I formed a key relationship with the Cincinnati Regional Chamber, positioning Xavier as the official housing provider for their Cincinnati Intern Network Connection program, and providing a unique opportunity to market Xavier to the business community.
