Joseph P. Dillon, Vice President, is a member of the Central & Southeast Investment Team on the Real Estate Americas platform at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Covering assets across the Central & Southeast regions, Joe focuses on developing and executing the portfolio’s overall investment strategy including leasing, management, operations, development, financing and valuation.Most recently, Joe was Business Manager to the Head of Americas Client. He worked closely with the Americas Client Leadership Team on key initiatives and the daily execution of the client businesses, which serve both financial intermediaries and institutions in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Collectively, these businesses were responsible for over $1.6 trillion in client assets under management during his tenure.Prior to this role, Joe was a Relationship Manager on the National Accounts team within the U.S. Funds business. In this role, he drove strategic partnerships and identified business opportunities for the Wealth Management and Institutional Advisor channels. An employee since 2014, he completed the Funds Analyst Rotational Program in which he rotated through multiple groups including Retirement Strategy, 529 College Savings and the Firmwide Fiduciary & Conflicts of Interest Program. Joe currently sits on the Leadership Team of the Asset & Wealth Management Black Leadership Forum (AWM BLF), is a member of the Asset Management Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Ambassadors Council, served as Co-Chair of the AWM BLF Communications Committee from 2019 – 2023, led the Culture Workstream of the 2019 Asset Management Associate Council, and was selected for the 2018 Internal Client Advisor/Institutional Sales Associate Metropolitan Club (ICA/ISA Met Club) at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Joe earned his B.A. in business administration with a concentration in finance from Morehouse College. He holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses.
