I provide statistical analysis of functional brain imaging data, surveys and other behavioral data. The primary unit of study is in addiction and substance use disorders. Results have lead to multiple publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals, scientific conference presentations, grant proposals, and presentations for the public. Methods include mass univariate (statistical parametric mapping via the general linear model), principal components analysis, partial least squares regression, and multiple correspondence analysis. Analysis is performed in a mixed environment of MATLAB, R, bash scripting, FSL, SPM, & AFNI. Time course and connectivity analysis of task-related fMRI was performed with both psychophysiological interactions (PPI) analysis and Granger causality analysis of nodes in a putative addiction-related brain network.
