The PM Technician is also responsible for reporting any equipment repairs needed.Complete 4 hours of pm task per store at two store locations per night-Particular task will be dictated based on an annual schedule of PM.Maintains a stock of inventory pm parts and orders replacements as needed.Acts as the team lead for Pressure Washing Technician and Facility Detail Technician.The PM Technician will be the primary driver of the crew vehicle.The PM Technician will aid the Pressure Washing Technician if minor repairs are needed to pressure washing equipment.The PM Technician will be aided by the Facility Detail Technician during PM that might need a helper.Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable-Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals.
