Born and raised by the Jersey Shore, Joseph Pomarico (Pom) has learned the ropes by continued education and working as the Entertainment Industry’s “Swiss Army Knife” in a variety of roles and positions. While obtaining a Masters Degree in Business Administration Music Management from William Paterson University to go with a Bachelor’s Degree of the Arts in Music Industry and Production from Ramapo College of New Jersey, Pom held many different positions in the industry like assistant, guitar tech, manager, engineer, and producer to gain a vast understanding of the music and entertainment industry. In January 2017, Pom began his career in the professional music industry as an in-house engineer and producer for Atlantic Records, which was named “#1 Top Label” by Billboard Magazine for that same year. Pom has gotten to be a part of many priority projects for the label with all of its artists from every caliber, genre, and variety; assisting and engineering at the recording studio located in the NYC headquarters for Atlantic Records.
