In the office, day to day functions include answering phones, helping customers who come in the door, and processing mail. Primary jobs include oversing campsite reservations for Camp Chawanakee in Shaver Lake. Co-ordinate reservations with troops year-round that are attending include answering questions and collecting payments. In the office, I oversee the computer network including new computer set up as well as server maintenance and backup. I update the council website and cross-post things to the council and camp Facebook accounts as well as set up online registrations for events. Recently I have also taken over processing Eagle Applications and helping scouts make sure they have everything to earn their Eagle Scout. At events, I run AV set up including speaker presentation, background music, on-site photo-taking, and printing. I also have experience in event trainings and teaching.
