Led a team of Accessibility Advocates as a Subject Matter Expert on The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), ADA Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG), The Rehab Act of 1973, Public Right Of Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG), HUD Accessible Housing Regulations, ANSI 117.1, ADA Title I, and ADA Title III. Developed access survey criteria and performed access audits for select restaurants in the City of Worcester. Performed audit of the built environment for the City of Worcester identifying enhancements needed to remain in compliance with Federal and State laws. Reviewed and commented on local applications before the MA Architectural Access Board.  Saved over $10 million in potential penalties through development and submittal of documentation identifying over 300 issues within 6 different areas of the City. Provided feedback for the construction of Polar Park to ensure compliance with access laws. Conducted annual audits to identify and rectify outstanding issues.

Provided leadership and direction to technical and business partners on retail, marketing, and corporate IT projects. Managed client, vendor, and user expectations while serving as the conduit between business, technical, and vendor stakeholders in analyzing, eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
