Born into a blue collar, Italian family from New Jersey, work ethic was never a problem -- in fact it was always the solution. From mowing lawns for half the neighborhood to delivering pizzas 6 days a week, I quickly learned at a young age, the value of hard work. Equally important, I began to understand the freedom and leverage that came along with multiple sources of income. Fast forward a few years later, I was an ambitious college grad with a good chunk of student loan debt hanging over my head. Waiting for that bi-weekly paycheck to hit so I could pay my rent, bills, debt, go out to dinner with friends and hopefully have a little extra left over to save for a vacation. I began to question how this would play out over the next 10+ years of my life, and realized the rules of a 9-5 would never give me the financial freedom I envisioned. I was completely dependent on a single source of income, and this wasn't going to cut it.Since then I've been on a quest to build various income producing assets, so my back is never up against the wall.Taking $500, I've scaled an Amazon/E-Commerce business generating over $1MM/yr. since 2018 while also diving head first into small multi-family real estate investing and acquiring my first property in 2020.As I continue to learn on this journey, I want to share my experiences along the way in hopes of encouraging others to diversify income streams so they are never in fear during uncertain times, can accumulate long term wealth, and achieve the social impact they have always imagined.
