Also served as subject matter expert across navy staff to ensure minimal impact of staff capabilities resulted from reductions.-Oversaw the planning, resourcing, communication strategy, and execution of the Navy Reserve Centennial encompassing over 200 nationwide events bringing forth $6 Million in exposure to the Navy.
