I have demonstrated experience as a cultivator of talent serving as Coach, Mentor and Trainer, creating a fully functioning HR department while scaling a business 200%+ within 1 year.Early in my career while in brokerage and trade execution, I petitioned the CEO to expand product lines to meet client demand. After gaining corporate and regulatory approval, I needed to hire teams to accommodate the new business lines and build up the HR capabilities to meet the increased needs of the rapidly scaling office.
