Oversaw water safety programming, including; organizing and teaching American Red Cross Life Guarding classes, ensuring all staff were up-to-date on necessary training certifications and water safety protocols, developing and overseeing the implementation of water safety and swim school standards, and overseeing the annual summer camp swim school program for area summer camps.
