Futurenet Solutions Inc. Merged with Networking Solutions Inc at the beginning of August. Being the senior engineer at Futurenet Solutions Inc., I worked directly with the Futurenet clients in transition to the Networking Results monitoring and remote access software application. I aided Futurenet clients in learning the new benefits of the Networking Results software, contacting Networking Results for assistance, and leaning the new tier of technical advisors available to help. I also aided in the transition of equipment and hardware from Futurenet Solutions to Networking Results. During this process I was trained in ConnectWise, Zenith and Kaseya software applications. I also helped train the Futurenet technicians in this new Networking Results software.At Networking Results I help clients pro-actively maintain their network, servers and desktop infrastructure. I make recommendations for improvements in their network, software, applications, content management and workstation environment. I actively participate in projects of all sizes for clients. I work with sales to find the best solution for clients and their infrastructure.I also work with other solutions engineers in that I aid them in projects and advise them on best practices to accomplish their projects and task.

Manage the internal network infrastructure of Futurenet Solutions Inc. Oversee the testing of new applications, hardware and techniques in the IT industry. Manage other project managers and network technicians of Futurenet Solutions Inc. Consult Futurenet Solutions Inc. technical staff on how to manage projects and resolve problems. Plan and manage projects from start to finish. Projects range from data center moves, network expansion to companywide software deployment. Meet with clients to facilitate their company’s needs. Discuss how improvements to key pieces of their IT infrastructure can improve business and simplify work for employees. Discuss backup and disaster recovery strategies for company sensitive data. Create work flow and document management from a file structure perspective based upon company’s hierarchy.
