Oversaw all aspects of multiple high-visibility, large-capital projects. Project Manager for acquisition of California Pacific Associates, resulting in $40M sales increase in Commissary Deli & Bakery Operations and Prime Vendor. Coordinated the shutdown and consolidation of all warehouse operations, overhauled procurement and order management processes during the transition. Lead multiple Voice Directed Picking installations at several distribution centers increasing selection throughput while reducing fulfillment error rates.
