Supported the IT needs of Cintas. Troubleshooting issues over the phone and providing excellent customer service.

Managed a team of students to help support the IT needs of the college. Fixed issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and phones. Provided professors, staff, and students with great customer service and kept their technology working as it should.

At the Brighton Center I was tasked with helping to solve any IT issue that arose. Another project I worked on while I was there was to take parts from PCs that were no longer working and to combine them together to make new working PCs. This have them more available desktops for the students to use.
