The scope of services included AO services for global manufacturing, engineering systems, eBusiness, customer care and invoicing systems.

Responsible for program management and leadership for the DuPont IT Supply Planning Systems organization. These 6 teams were responsible for developing and maintaining the Supply Chain Planning systems, Data Warehousing, Artificial Intelligence and Decision Support applications for the DuPont businesses. This effort included application and platform rationalization/consolidation. I was also responsible for leading a multi-year strategy to migrate business units from custom "home grown" applications to newer off-the-shelf software packages (Manugistics & Aspentech).
