Co-Founder | Chief Design OfficerDreamwalk Oct 2008 - Jun 2012MelbourneI co-founded mobile app startup, DreamWalk, in 2008, which was an innovative treasure hunt app that allowed brands and businesses to run location-based marketing campaigns that drove foot traffic to real world business locations. I designed the UX and UI of the app, which was featured by Apple, attracted over 60,000 users within 2 weeks of launch and reached the top 100 apps overall on the App Store. It was used by brands such as Coca Cola, New Mexico Tourism, Quiznos and hundreds of others.After the initial success of the DreamWalk app, we pivoted the company to become a specialist mobile app design and development agency, focusing heavily on location-based mobile applications.In my role as Chief Design Officer I led the design of dozen of cutting-edge apps for clients such as Coca-Cola, M&C Saatchi, McPherson Media Group, Hardie Grant, and Melbourne University.In 2012, DreamWalk was acquired by multinational advertising company Wellcom Group Limited (WLL).
