I was responsible for two major bodies of work; a high-profile HR transformation program and an offshore process transition & improvements project. Project - HR transformation program (SAP – Success Factors – Employee Central Module ) : Key objective of the program was to replace the outdated Peoplesoft HR System with SAP Success Factors, providing new functionality to the business while redesigning and improving a wide variety of core HR business processes. Project - Offshore process transition & improvements program :The primary objective of the program was to liaise with various teams across Deloitte Australia, that believed they could achieve greater efficiency if they transitioned specific operational process offshore to Deloitte EDC (India), and execute their vision.

As a Business Analyst in the BI team, I was responsible for driving and implementing strategic reporting solutions that would improve the efficiency and operation of the finance division. Project - Redesign of critical financial reporting solutions:The primary objective of this program was to improve the UI and UX of an existing suite of financial reports, whilst introducing a set of new business rules and logic, to align information produced to new financial methodologies.

As the SIT Testing Lead for the BI team, I was responsible for managing the quality of reporting and technology solutions provided to the finance division. This included (at times) managing testing resources both onshore and offshore.

Rotation between 4 key teams within the finance business intelligence operational department (3 months per rotation). Teams included were: Data Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Business Analyst, Project Management.
