-Teach Algebra I and Geometry using the California Common Core State Standards for Math. -Implement Complex Instruction techniques to improve and create equitable outcomes for students. -Facilitate a departmental curriculum sharing system within Google Drive to improve and increase effective collaboration and communication between teachers.

-Taught Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II and Yearbook. -Built and developed conceptual based effective curriculum for a diverse set of learners within collaborative content teams. -Led the development of vertically integrated standardized hybrid course materials for our three core math courses in our districts LMS.-Initiated an iterative design thinking like process to work across building wide teams to improve and implement effective advisory curriculum. -Designed and taught technical curriculum, as the yearbook advisor, for students to learn and use Adobe Creative Suite in creation of the yearbook.

Working as a K-12, mainly 6-12, reserve teacher within the Minneapolis Public School District. Working with a wide variety and subjects and diverse population of learners. Doing this while attending graduate school, at Hamline University, to obtain a teaching license, 5-12 Math, and a Masters Degree in Teaching.
