As the supervising attorney for Marshall Dennehey's Professional Liability Department in Philadelphia and chair of the firm's Public Entity and Civil Rights, and School Leaders' Liability Practice Groups, I focus my practice on the defense of police officers, municipalities, school districts, public officials and both private and public sector employers. I also devote a significant portion of my practice to employment law, and have tried in excess of 75 jury trials to verdict in federal court, in the areas of civil rights and employment law litigation.I am proud to serve on the National Advisory Council of my alma mater, the Widener University School of Law.
