- Responsible for communicating with both existing and potential customers through various channels, including chat, phone calls, and others.- Manages and resolves all customer issues, such as receiving incorrect items or drivers deviating from the designated approach or address.- Coordinates with different NokNok stakeholders, including drivers, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, as well as with warehouse staff regarding missing items.- Prepares incident reports for all encountered customer issues and follows established communication procedures and policies while maintaining professionalism.- Collects necessary information, such as unclear addresses, from customers.- Assists with order placement, modifications, and cancellations, endeavoring to persuade customers to reconsider cancellations.- Adheres to a predefined manual to execute tasks correctly and relies on established rules to financially compensate customers when necessary, while investigating the source of the problem.- Represents the business in a caring and professional manner to customers.- Records actionable insights and consumer data to facilitate business improvements and ensure customer voices are heard.- Demonstrates understanding of operational processes, such as sales orders, and collaborates with the operations team to uphold consistent customer satisfaction.
