Joe Sarver joined Process Research & Optimization (PRO) in December 2016 with extensive management, efficiency, and technical experience. He has helped companies in a variety of industries (e.g. financial institutions, insurance providers, etc.) identify methods to quantify and boost staff performance, clean up inefficient work flows, and build custom automation tools to marry business processes with current technological capabilities.Prior to joining PRO, Joe developed a high-level analysis of trends in emerging technologies (e.g. telecom/network infrastructure, augmented/virtual reality, mobile cameras, DNA sequencers, air quality sensors, semiconductor materials, electronic displays, biopharmaceuticals, etc.), focusing on market opportunities, go-to-market strategies, and innovative applications. He built custom models and simulations to maximize revenue through best-case analysis.Mr. Sarver has a BS in Engineering Management from Miami University and an MA in East Asian Languages and Literature (Chinese) from Ohio State University. In addition, he studied business management and economics at Jilin University (China) and Chinese language and culture at Qingdao Ocean University and Shanghai University.
