With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a collaborative, strategic, and diplomatic professional who leads and executes policy advocacy initiatives for the North Bay Association of REALTORS (NBAOR). As the Government Affairs Director, I monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory issues that affect the real estate market and the interests of NBAOR members, and I develop and implement strategies to influence policy outcomes and engage stakeholders.Previously, I was the Head of Industry Relations at Compass, where I delivered expert-level advice to executive leadership regarding opportunities and threats to the real estate industry via public/private industry policies, new entrants, and new products/services. I also built and managed a network of national Compass agents to proactively execute Compass’s policy goals and priorities across all regions of the US. I hold a CA Real Estate License and two prestigious certifications from the National Association of REALTORS: Certified International Property Specialist and REALTOR Certified Executive. I am passionate about advancing the real estate profession and enhancing the value proposition of REALTORS.
