I gained a role within Cardiff University. I was assigned to the CardiffMedicentre in Heath Park. I was in charge of business incubationwhich involved communicating with prospective tenants andproviding them with leases. The role involved:o Managing a master spreadsheet of all tenants’ leases andcontracts with regular updates and evaluations fromauditors and Management.o Collaborating with Head of Operations to update proceduresand create new PR material which would be showcased onmultiple social media outlet, manged by myself such asLinkedIn and Facebook.o Worked front desk at the Medicentre to allow businessoperations to run smoothly and effectively.o Actively communicated with tenants and customers aboutproblems and concerns within the Medicentre and handlingthem by either personal interference or raising the concernsto Estates or an under-contract company.o Collaborated with Business support officers to createeffective spreadsheets which would allow businessoperations to become more efficient.o Creating Leases/Contracts with supporting documents thatwould allow tenants to move into the Medicentre.o Communicating with Governance and Due Diligencemailboxes to run background checks of the company andallow the lease to be properly sealed under oath.o Organizing management boards and taking minutes

FEB 2020 – MARCH 2022After finishing JAS Forwarding, I wanted to challenge myself andenter a corporate office. I became a trainee within the CardiffCouncil, which was a 15 month programme. During this time, I Learntand completed:o GDPR and Data Protection Regulations and why it has to beintegrated within the cooperate environment in order tosecure customer information.o A City and Guilds Level 2 In Business Administration which Iprogressed through while completing my trainee role.o Attended training courses on internal programmes such asHOTH (House on the Hill) and SharePoint in order toproperly understand the system.o Socialised with fellow trainees in order to network andmake connections throughout the whole Council withindifferent departments.o Assisted team members with their duties, simultaneouslygaining on the job experience about redaction of classifieddocumentation and liaising with customers about saiddocuments.o Conducting routine enquires via email or telephone fromcustomers regarding data protection and privacy.o Managing and coordinating 2 inbox labelling IR (IndividualRights) and ER (Exemption Requests) which involved raisingthe concern and passing it to available co-workers andliaising about how to handle the case.o Dealt with CCTV requests and why it’s important that theserequests are handled and maintained with a high level ofprofessionalism when conducting research.

I was given the task of labelling different types of products that ranging from make-up to hotel room amenities. I worked inside the warehouse at a work bench with other colleagues. I was also given other tasks such as unloading 20ft and 40ft trailers and pelleting them ready to be shipped out of the warehouse. The labour itself was challenging but was able to unload these trailers quickly using my problem-solving skills and communicate with my colleagues for maximum efficiency.
