I am the founder & director of The Benzina Group, a specialist service station & highway service centre development, construction & leasing company.I purchased my first retail service station in 1976, and the number quickly grew to multiple outlets by 1984 .Since then, I have expanded into the construction arm of the industry and have been involved in the construction of over 35 service station and highway service centres, numerous car washes, commercial buildings and fast food outlets, undertaking all facets including real estate acquisition, DA applications, design, construction & lease negotiations.Over the years, I have also built strong relationships with many oil company executives.
