LawrenceJoseph is the Head of Operations & Founder of the Singapore-based environmental sustainability startup 360green. 360green is a winner of Founder Ignite 2021, a pitching competition organized by Enterprise Singapore. With almost a decade's worth of experience in operations in Fintech and blockchain, some of his past achievements include an operational role in a pre-initial public offering (pre-IPO) exercise with Hong Leong Finance as the Main Sponsor. He also co-launched a successful nightlife event, PLUR Vibration 2018, which was nominated "Best Social Changemaker" by Buro 24/7 and was featured on Esquire Singapore's Podcast to promote mental health awareness amongst youths. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the Oklahoma City University USA, and is an alumni of the inaugural ideasinc.veni 2020 NTUitive Venture Building programme.
