Our WiFi on Tap solution provides guest wifi networks at bars and restaurants that engage consumers as they log on to our network. Besides contact information, this solution also captures valuable data on foot traffic, frequency of visit, dwell time and more.

NovoView Diagnostics is an early-stage medical device company created to assess a patient's risk for ischemic stroke through analysis of conjunctival blood flow. Currently we are seeking investments to conduct additional human studies and to further develop our patent-pending prototype, the EyeFlow™. Third restaurant managed for RA Sushi, a growing nationwide sushi chain under the Benihana umbrella. Accomplishments while at this store were focused around driving sales, cost control, and customer service- increased Net Unit Contribution by 9.5% in the first full year.

Second restaurant I opened for RA Sushi, their 13th store. This location quickly became the highest volume of the three in the Chicagoland area. After a successful year and a half there, I was asked to take over the downtown store.

Promoted from bartender to Beverage Director to AGM over three years at this elite seafood restaurant. As Beverage Director, Joe was responsible for creating an eclectic yet approachable wine list, a deep cocktail menu that blended classic cocktails and house-specialities, and implementing a draft beer program. As AGM Joe focused on FOH service standards. The Ocean Grill was a Food Fight Inc. restaurant with a focus on fresh seafood and creative dishes, with an extensive wine-by-the-glass program and the largest fresh oyster selection in Madison.
