My practice focuses on the defense of employment discrimination claims in trial and appellate courts, as well as counseling and litigation in the area of trade secrets, non-competition agreements, restrictive covenants, and independent contractor classification.I frequently advise employers with all aspects of state and federal employment laws, assist employers in drafting employment agreements, restrictive covenants, independent contractor agreements, personnel policies, separation agreements, and releases, and conduct on-site training on all aspects of the employment relationship.The clients with whom I work cover a broad range of businesses and industries, including medical, manufacturing, automotive, retail, restaurant, service, real estate, staffing, financial, and higher education.I serve on the Board of Trustees for Oglethorpe University (my alma mater).
