I began working at Hall Tree Farm my sophomore year of high school when I was 15 years old. During the Christmas season, I am responsible for assisting patrons in finding their tree, harvesting it, transporting it to their vehicles, securing it for their trip home, as well as drilling and baling the trees. In addition, I assist in making pine roping and concolor fir wreaths. During the off-seasons, I have been responsible for planting trees, mowing, trimming vegetation, and finally trimming trees for sale. From these experiences I have learned responsibility, diligence, and strong communication skills.

In my freshman year at Stevens Institute of Technology, I grew into one of the leading members of the first successful Baja SAE team at our school since 2000. Currently, I am the Vice President and Senior Design Captain for the 2020 season. I am specifically in charge of the frame and front suspension design, fabrication, and managing of the subsystem teams. We plan to attend Lousiville Baja SAE in May 2020 and hope to prove how effectively a startup team can perform.

Worked full time as part of a commercial roofing crew. This experience taught me a breadth of workplace skills, such as integrating into an established work environment, adaptation to a strenuous work schedule, and the utilization of my existing skills in innovative ways.

I joined the Hunterdon Havoc mountain bike team in its inaugural season as the eldest racer. I qualified for the varsity category based upon my previous successes. I advanced into leading weekly group rides, guiding the younger members and motivating them. This became a very rewarding aspect of my life, as I transitioned towards putting as much effort into my teammates' racing and training as my own. I hope to continue this for the 2018 season.

Held assistant leadership position on a crew of seven throughout three projects over the course of the summer. These projects included building a natual log bridge in Voorhees State Park, maintaining and constructing new trail in Hacklebarney State Park, and adding markers to a nine mile hiking trail around the Round Valley reservoir.
