As someone who has been in wireless retail since 2014, I have amassed the knowledge, experience, and skillsets necessary to drive productivity successfully manage teams, and I’ve learned to do great work you have to love what you do. My passion is centered on being a leader, developing associates / leaders, and inspiring customer brand loyalty. Through perseverance and commitment to excellence, I have worked my way from Sales Associate, to District Sales & Operations Manager where I have overseen 8 stores in the Sacramento area.I’ve had the distinct pleasure to be involved in driving key initiatives that resulted in bottom performing stores within the market becoming top performers. My stores are consistently driven to the head of the pack while maintaining high employee morale and low turnover, considering industry norms in these areas. I firmly believe that successful companies are built by happy employees and, to that end I’ve developed a reputation for being a high energy and vastly educated manager. While developing sales processes, assisting in the creating company policies and procedures, and driving revenue are extremely important, being able to train / motivate a staff to produce successful YOY results are equally important.
