Reporting to the Chief of Party, I support the design and delivery of sub-award and technical assistance interventions that accelerate civil society and civic actors’ efforts to promote advocacy, inclusion, accessibility, political participation, policy reform, and civic engagement.My role includes contributing to the design and delivery of technical assistance interventions that enhance partner capabilities to plan and implement effective programs. This encompasses tactical and strategic innovations in program design and delivery, compliance, strengthened systems, and sustainable civil society partners. In addition, I produce a weekly monitor for FHI 360/USAID that provides political, economic, and security updates and identifies established and emerging trends. This ensures that the program's interventions are contextualized, innovative, and align with new areas of intervention and opportunities for collaboration.I monitor external service providers' performance to ensure quality program delivery to partners, identify, apply, and disseminate learning from innovations in relevant sectors, including advocacy and rights, behavior change, civic engagement, and others.
