The Deputy Director partners with the Executive Director to provide leadership in strategic planning and in implementing program strategies and priorities. The Deputy Director acts as Chief of Staff and oversees all aspects of CARE Fund day-to-day operations and program activities. The Deputy Director is a member of the executive team, partners with the Executive Director in managing and coordinating the activities of the CARE Fund Board of Directors, and serves as chief strategy officer, working with the Executive Director to develop and implement long- and short-term direction, goals and objectives.
