• Manage jet fuel logistics and supply strategy for pipeline and barge deliveries to minimize working capital by pursuing lowest cost delivery and storage options.• Responsible for bulk pipeline deliveries via Kinder Morgan SFPP & CalNev, Buckeye Everglades, and Magellan to on-airport inventory for three hubs and eleven additional airports.• Coordinate bulk pipeline delivery schedule with external counterparts via Kinder Morgan CCI, Transport 4 (T4), and Magellan Atlas through a high level of understanding and experience scheduling Explorer, West Shore, and Colonial pipelines.• Strategize with internal stakeholders including Fuel Operations, Fuel Supply, Fuel Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Global Trade Compliance to ensure supplier adherence to American and government standards.• Understand individual pipeline and FERC policies to avoid unnecessary tariffs and penalties.• Gather and analyze consumption data from various sources to optimize inventory amongst on-airport storage, pipelines, and terminals, while proactively mitigating potential issues regarding quality, allocations, and scheduling.• Perform ad hoc analysis of pipeline capacity and allocation and use historical consumption data to accurately adjust forecast based on tankering and demand factors.• Interface with external stakeholders, including suppliers, FBO’s, and pipelines to coordinate timely delivery of product in accordance with demand and available storage.• Validate invoices via Marketview and engage internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment to suppliers. Responsible for monthly spend of $75-$100MM.• Perform month end close and supplier reconciliation for pipelines, terminals, and bulk supplier contracts.• Document standard operating procedures with portfolio manuals to ensure all relevant information is clearly transferred for cross-training and continuity purposes.• Maintain consumption, pricing, and contract databases with real-time inventory information and analysis.

• Direct activities of a production team consisting of 35 employees within a manufacturing focus factory to support the Lo Torc product line.• Primary functions of focus factory include CNC mills, lathes, and grinders as well as mechanical assembly, pressure test, paint, and packaging lines. • Responsible for cost and quality of operations within manufacturing focus factory to support sales of approximately $4MM per month, and a monthly budget in excess of $2MM.• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities and ensure proper allocation of capital resources within focus factory.• Develop and maintain a team environment within the group through planning and coordination of manufacturing operations.• Responsible for performance appraisals, goal setting, training, and monitoring of personnel. • Assign work to team/team lead and monitor results to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost.• Ensure efforts are directed toward process improvements and cultivate a culture that focuses on continuous improvement initiatives.• Develop and execute procedures and policies for manufacturing focus factory, and maintain compliance to safety policies and procedures.

• Strategically plan sourcing of build to print parts from domestic and international suppliers to support Production Enhancement Product Service Line manufacturing and field operations. • Responsible for interfacing with approximately 75 suppliers, while maintaining 2,000-3,000 open purchase orders at any given time. Annual responsibility of approximately $450MM. • Drive operational efficiency by involving any relevant parties; including engineers, category management, sales representatives, office and shop floor personnel, and manufacturing center leadership. • Strategize with demand planning to identify forecasting methods on products with lead times varying from 14 days to greater than 365 days, while mitigating risk and adding value to the supply chain to include capacity, logistics, and quality. • Collaborate with team, departments, and groups both inside and outside of Duncan Manufacturing to evaluate processes and identify opportunities for Lean Six Sigma improvements in cost, productivity, safety, and speed. • Generate quotations (RFQ) and organize competitive biddings from various suppliers to obtain the best quality, delivery, and price for goods and services. • Perform pricing reviews, forecasting models, and review contractor qualifications for award recommendations. • Assist International Sourcing to support Production Enhancement Product Service Line (PSL).• Interface with engineering group to solve machine tolerance issues, determine scrap, non-conformance part acceptance and rejections per specifications. • Read and interpret engineering prints to identify product dimensions and tolerance requirements to outsource machining services.• Assist in capacity planning and production activity controls.• Manage material quality notations and processes.• Highly proficient with SAP, JDA Factory Planner, Manufacturing Execution Support Systems, Microsoft Excel, Access, and SharePoint.
