Dr. Joseph T. Hayes brings numerous credentials to his position. A Diplomate of the American Board of Preventive Medicine, the American Academy of Pain Management, and the American Board of Medical Acupuncture, he is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians, the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture, and the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Dr. Joseph T. Hayes holds a B.S. from Farleigh Dickinson University, an M.D. from Ross University School of Medicine, a Master of Public Health from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and a Master of Business Administration from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He also completed two years of coursework toward a Doctor of Public Health at Columbia University. Professionally, Dr. Joseph T. Hayes has held a number of high-level medical roles. He began his career in medicine as a Staff Physician and Physician Coordinator for Occupational Health and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services at Quakertown Hospital in Pennsylvania. After only a few years in the position, he moved on to serve as Medical Director and President of Occupational Medical Associates in Easton, Pennsylvania. Between leaving Occupational Medical Associates and taking his present position, Dr. Hayes worked as a corporate medical director, associate medical director, and medical director for Fortune 500 companies in several states and in the United Kingdom. He has had additional training in pain management and addiction medicine and now serves as Medical director of Hayes Pain Management Centers with offices in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
