I created That Creativity Co because I believe creatives should be equipped to handle the challenges of the modern world and create the change they wish to see in their life.I emerged as an artistic leader as Founder and Artistic Director of Babel Theatre, a nationally renowned award-winning arts organisation, that provides a space for creatives and communities to reclaim and redefine their story.I am a guest lecturer at University of Arts London, Central School of Speech and Drama, University of East London, University of Essex, Manchester Metropolitan and more.Specialism: Tools to empower psychological and emotional resilience, unpacking limiting beliefs and reframing negative thoughts into positive actions to create radical change.I am a theatre director, creativity and leadership coach, teacher and movement director, whose work focusses on the self, creativity, connecting to others and empowering people to be more creative through celebration, joy and accountability. My practice spans across live performance, cultural leadership, academic writing, a weekly email on creativity, 1-1 coaching and (soon) an online course. My primary role is as Artistic Director of Babel Theatre, an arts centre without walls, bringing world-class creative experiences and education to communities across the UK in collaboration with leading arts venues and institutions. I am also an Associate Lecturer at University of Arts London, where I work closely with MA Animation Students, and Movement Tutor at East 15 Acting School.
