I am founder and Artistic Director of Babel Theatre. Babel are an award winning theatre company creating powerful theatre that fosters human interconnection through highly poetic, visual physical theatre productions, pioneering engagement projects and bold cultural instigations. We create brave, collaborative spaces for people to gather together and explore the grey areas in life where language alone is insufficient. We value making work that is pioneering, bold, uplifting and ambitious and centres co-creation and courage at it's heart.As Artistic Director my work is about creating brave spaces that foster inclusion, vulnerability and openness. Our new CREATE Programme aims to radically reimagine creative development, empowering artists to develop in all areas of their lives and to step into their power and integrity as important voices within society.

I work as an Associate Artist with renowned theatre pioneer David Glass, assisting and supporting the delivery of a range of projects. My work here involves co-ordinating and teaching on the learning program, facilitating David's Five Stage Creative Practice, spear-heading the Lost Child Project UK and Galapagos projects and devising, making, directing theatre.David Glass is an international theatre director, educator and pioneer in creativity and has performed, directed and taught in over seventy countries. He trained at the Lecoq school in Paris he has also studied with Augusto Boal, Growtowski, Peter Brook, Alvin Ailey and Mike Alfreds. David worked as a soloist performing in forty countries then established the David Glass Ensemble in 1990 winning international awards including TMA award for best director for his adaptation of Gormenghast .In 1998 he created the Lost Child Project using theatre to give street children around the world a voice to tell their stories. Taking place in 22 countries The Lost Child Project helped establish a highly creative approach to Arts In Development. In 2000 he established the Centre For Creative Development in Cambodia training aid agencies in Creative Practice in partnership with VBNK. David Glass Ensemble relaunched in 2016 as a platform to help establish young people in arts and theatre internationally. So far we have created a middle scale physical theatre adaptation of Bleak House (toured the UK autumn 2019), The AB Project with nine partner education institutions in nine countries and a large scale contemporary production inspired by the seminal book on climate change This Changes Everything by Naomi Klein in partnership with drama schools & universities. And most recently launched the Lost Child Project in Hong Kong and UK in partnership with The Point Eastleigh, Theatre Nation, The Egg- Bath Theatre Royal, Exeter Northcott and ACE Creative Recovery Fund.

I ran a series of workshops across a range of programs for NYO assisting and emboldening their team and young musicians in creativity and performances. This included Mindfulness workshopsFacilitation Workshops Voice and Movement Directing for Concerts (BBC Proms, Royal Albert Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall, Nottingham Concert Hall and more)Embodiment Practiceand a variety of other things
