Supported data analysis of a Gates foundation - funded nurse mentoring program. Further, I collaborated with faculty at Johns Hopkins University and constituents within the Government of India, CARE International, Oxford Policy Management, and the Gates Foundation to assess patient utilization of primary health care facilities, as well as associated economic burden of illness. My main area of analysis was focused on Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), where I provided support and technical input on survey design and data analysis to capture NCD burden of disease.

Moldova, Ukraine, and Tajikistan Service Delivery Indicators Health surveys:Serve as the technical and country engagement lead on the Ukraine and Tajikistan Service Delivery Indicator (SDI) health surveys; national-scale surveys of health facilities, providers, and patients to understand current performance and quality of primary health care centers across Ukraine. This role primarily involves guiding dialogue on the design, implementation, analysis, and dissemination of results to best inform health policy in collaboration with Ministries of Health. In all three countreies, I also manage data quality assurance, cleaning, and analysis processes in order to generate survey reports, policy briefs, and peer-reviewed publications. This includes management responsibilities for data analysis consultants within the central SDI team at the World Bank. Iraq Public Expenditure Review (PER):Collated and analyzed data pertaining to health financing, utilization and performance in Iraq, utilizing data from MICS and the ministries of health and finance. Contributing author for Health and Education Sector chapters in the Iraq Public Expenditure Review report.

Principal Investigator for a study on health financing and risk factor prevalence for Non-Communicable Disease (NCDs) in rural North Bengal. To complete this project, I partnered with a local grassroots organization, HIMserve, for interviews and the Public Health Foundation of India in Delhi. During my time as a Fulbright grantee, I also worked with EducationUSA, speaking with first-generation college students in Darjeeling about applying to higher education programs abroad, and further sharing insight into U.S. culture, higher education, and daily life.
